We’re recruiting for an Assistant General Manager to help lead a fantastic team who go above and beyond and believe that every detail really matters and provide outstanding experiences for every guest, every time.

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager from the leisure, F&B or hospitality industry who loves having a varied role and taking responsibility for all aspects of an operation.

• Do you have 2+ years of Assistant General Management experience in the leisure, hospitality or F&B sector?

• Can you be flexible with shift pattern, availability and working hours for the benefit of Treetop and the team?

THE ROLE

• Embrace Treetop’s purpose “To make every moment an adventure for our guests.”
• Support the General Manager in the effective running of Treetop in all areas of the business
• Uphold the standards of how we do things set out in our “How To” guides
• Manage shifts to respond to guest patterns, safety, needs and wants
• Work at pace when required and maintain standards under pressure
• Prepare for and attend regular calls & meetings with senior management
• Create an environment that is team focused and encourage a professional and motivating atmosphere for all team members
• Work with Senior Managers to deliver the Treetop vision, following all processes and procedures

• £31,000 salary per annum
