BMG is seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant for our Global Licensing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our licensing processes, ensuring smooth operations and accurate information flow between various departments and third-party licensees.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing assets, including masters, label copy and artwork to third party licensees in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Dealing with the respective Catalogue Squads and international teams to ensure licenses are approved internally.
  • Ensuring that all licenses are logged into the Licensing Module accurately and efficiently. The Module ensures that the royalty and accounts teams are able to access information and distribute royalty revenue accordingly.
  • Assisting the royalty and accounts teams with relevant licensing information for the purpose of income tracking.
  • Dealing with new licensing inquiries and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate Licensing Manager or other teams.
  • Assisting with the licensing of third party repertoire to BMG for inclusion on our own releases, including set-up with the Licensing Module and ensuring the royalties team are provided with up to date information.
  • Maintaining licensing marketing assets, including repertoire and catalogue information and listings.
  • Assisting members of the Licensing Team on a day-to-day basis.
