about the job

• To actively support the overall implementation of property development processes
• To assist in the overall management and operations of both current and prospective development projects
• To assess the industry’s business landscape, competition, and product offerings
• To lead the team in matters of planning, design, implementation and successful completion
• To ensure the smoothness and efficiency of operations under purview

• To maintain close liaison with external parties including local authorities, consultants, main contractors etcTo identify new land acquisition opportunities

skills & experience required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or any equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience with a background in property development
• Familiarity with master infrastructure planning will be a plus point
