Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head Sommelier, the Assistant Head Sommelier is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Beverage component of the restaurant and bar, managing a team of Sommelier’s and focusing on enhancing guest experience. This role is responsible for the maintenance of wine lists, service delivery of the wine service and assist generating incremental revenues through beverage sales.
