The successful person must have:

  • Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a Visa with approved working rights)
  • First Aid Certificate (or be able to obtain before starting)

  • Demonstrated experience leading a team with kindness in order to achieve outcomes

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the hotel’s operations success. You’ll bring to life a culture that sets people up for success and lead by example with kindness.

Your responsibilities include:

  • The successful management of hotel presentation, compliance, and daily operations in line with our Veri-Best Framework
  • Proactive recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and management of talented Veriu people
  • Driving engagement with our value-aligned culture to enable the achievement of strategic goals
  • Embeding the Veriu Group sales philosophy, including data capture, recording & opportunity exploration
  • Optimising guest satisfaction and experience at the hotel
