Responsibilities:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Housekeeping & Public Areas Cleaning team and be a part of an exciting insourcing project. You will be responsible for managing all public area requirements, to achieve maximum efficiency, to ensure guest & visitor comfort are met at a 5-star luxury standard.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Manage daily staffing levels
  • Daily inspections to ensure quality & attend leadership meetings
  • Ensuring the wellbeing of a large and diverse workforce
  • Conduct staff and supervisor briefings
  • Forecasting labour & inventory control
  • Effectively provide feedback to team members and take ownership of staff’s performance
