Our client is an MNC in the manufacturing industry and they are looking for an Assistant HR & Admin Manager to support the full spectrum of HR operations and initiate some strategic processes.

Role

  • Handle full spectrum of recruitment duties
  • Regular evaluations, research and suggest improvements to current workflow for best work practices
  • Work passes administration for foreign employees and expatriates
  • Maintenance of employee information
  • Be involved in the implementation of new HR initiatives and projects
  • Review monthly payroll
  • Conduct annual employee performance appraisal
  • Ensure HR processes are in compliance with existing statutory laws and company policies
  • Assist tin preparation of headcount, payroll, recruitment and training budgeting reports for the Finance Department
  • Attend to government audits and surveys
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis with business units’ leaders to understand company learning needs and plan training programs
  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative matters

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business management or related fields
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in HR functions
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for analytical tasks
  • Has good knowledge of local statutory requirements and compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Experience in Power BI will be advantageous
