Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the departmental head to coordinate and oversee the day-to-day workflow of subordinates in the HR department.
- Handle full recruitment cycle including advertisement, on-boarding, induction and settling staff with hiring department.
- Assist in monitoring deadlines of the performance and development management system
- Prepare job descriptions, job advertisements for different forms of outreach for talent acquisition
- Assist in reviewing human resources policies and procedures whenever necessary
- Manage HR issues such as employee grievances, feedback and provide counselling / guidance advice to internal stakeholders
- Handle HR data analysis and prepare regular HR reports for internal and management reporting
- Assist in facilitating discussion/event to increase productivity and efficiency relating to work processes
- Assist in employee engagement and CSR
- Coordinate training administration for different categories of staff as assigned
- Timely submission of claims and training grants to various government agencies / statutory bodies
- Participate in various statutory surveys and sectoral surveys
- Any other HR/Admin projects as assigned by the Departmental Head
