Assistant HR Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the departmental head to coordinate and oversee the day-to-day workflow of subordinates in the HR department.
• Handle full recruitment cycle including advertisement, on-boarding, induction and settling staff with hiring department.
• Assist in monitoring deadlines of the performance and development management system
• Prepare job descriptions, job advertisements for different forms of outreach for talent acquisition
• Assist in reviewing human resources policies and procedures whenever necessary
• Manage HR issues such as employee grievances, feedback and provide counselling / guidance advice to internal stakeholders
• Handle HR data analysis and prepare regular HR reports for internal and management reporting
• Assist in facilitating discussion/event to increase productivity and efficiency relating to work processes
• Assist in employee engagement and CSR
• Coordinate training administration for different categories of staff as assigned
• Timely submission of claims and training grants to various government agencies / statutory bodies
• Participate in various statutory surveys and sectoral surveys
• Any other HR/Admin projects as assigned by the Departmental Head
