Description:

Responsibilities
Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement and advisory service on HR policies and procedures.
Develop, implement, review and update HR policies & Procedure.
Performance management and appraisal.
Design compensation and benefits packages.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry practices and its application with current processes in HR daily operations.
Support on HR departmental projects.
Requirements
Min Diploma / Degree in HRM or its equivalent
Min 4 to 6 years working experience preferably in Construction and Manufacturing Industry
Strong track record in HR management, compliance and employee relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to employ approach to problem solving and project management
Well versed in Singapore Employment Act
IHRP certified will have added advantage.
Familiar with Whyze HR software is an added advantage.
