They are currently looking for a strategic Assistant HR Manager (Business Partner) to join their established HR team and report directly to their Corporate HR.
about the job

In this newly created role, you will report directly to the Group HR Director and act as a business partner to key stakeholders within the business (~150 employees). In addition, together with the HR team, you will:

  • Drive overall HR strategies, initiatives, policies and processes through implementation and maintenance of employee handbooks, organisation chart
  • Set up HR structures and policies in line with local country laws and regulations, driving towards best business efficiency and organizational effectiveness across assigned markets
  • Manage learning and development, career planning processes, performance management and compensation & benefits (including salary benchmarking)
  • Support end-to-end HR and business needs; working closely with business leaders to drive employee experience, manage employee relations and well being
  • Ensure legal compliance and document HR SOPs

about the manager/team
This is an excellent career opportunity for existing Senior HR Executives / Assistant HR Managers who are looking for an opportunity to work alongside a HR Director within a Group Corporate function. The role will work alongside an established HR team which includes other functions such as HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.

skills and experience required

  • Min. 5 year’ experience in Human Resources; ideally within business partnering or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Economics or equivalent
  • Proven track record as a business partner to senior stakeholders; experienced in manpower strategy planning, talent management and employee relations
  • Self-starter, takes accountability and a strong team player
  • Positive mindset with ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Passionate about people, human resources and employee engagement
