Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will work closely with HR team to administer and deliver the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to payroll, training & development, statutory reporting, grant application, recruitment and HR policy review.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Management or related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience in processing Malaysia payroll an advantage
- Well-versed with local employment legislation
- Meticulous, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to multitask and a great team player

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing and ensure all statutory submissions and payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsible for conceptualising and designing the training & development framework and strategies to meet the immediate and long-term business objectives.
- Facilitate and work together with the functional experts to develop training programmes and training plan to meet the training needs and business objectives.
- Assist in manpower planning process and administer the annual budget for organisation wide manpower cost and employee benefits expenses.
- Develop the recruitment strategies and lead the talent acquisition process to hire the right talents.
- Managing an efficient system for personnel files to ensure the employee database is updated in a timely manner.
- Oversee and managing the employees’ benefit administration such as leave administration, medical and insurance benefits, employee welfare and claims submission.
- Assist in the annual performance appraisal exercise, salary review and employee career progression update.
- Review and streamline the HR processes and policy for continuous improvement.
- Participate in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
