Description:
OUR CLIENT IS AN ESTABLISHED FOOD SERVICES LOCATED IN THE WEST, HAS RETAIL CHAINS AROUND SINGAPORE.
This position will drive all HR matters, implements company initiatives, collaborates with the Board, and oversees programs to enhance employee experience, while managing external vendors effectively.
- Manage administration work pertaining to an employee’s life cycle : recruitment & onboarding, transfer and termination
- Oversee talent management framework and performance appraisal exercises
- Develop and implement HR policies and guidelines
- Prepare monthly payroll, including processing of statutory claims and filing of income
- Administer benefits processes and policies
- Facilitate the reporting procedures related to employees’ discipline and grievance
- Update employees’ movement and database
- Prepare timely HR data and reports as required
- Be the petty cash custodian for and in charge of employees’ expense claims
- Application and management of HR related grants
- Office Management : assets, season parking, stationery, pantry supplies for all departments
- Manage company’ s external strategic vendors, such as IT / Data Protection etc
- Align with Ministry of Manpower Acts, to implement Safe Measurement and other related MOM matters
- Align with company’s strategic goals, to implement Key Performance Index for all Departments and individuals.
Requirements:
- Willing to work in the West (05 min walk fromt the nearest MRT)
- Diploma in HR or equivalent
- At least two years as HR Senior Executive or equivalent
- Knowledge of HR Systems is preferred
