    Seaton Place, is a brand new state of the art 128 bed residential aged care facility located in in the heart of the coastal community of Cleveland with ample free parking and transport options.
    As a Part time Assistant in Nursing, you’ll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
  • Support and care for residents as they age, and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
  • Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
  • Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
  • Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents
