Unicorn Role Overview: The Assistant Intake Representative will support our current intake representatives in their efforts to interact with prospective clients and increase productivity. This role involves engaging with potential new patients, answering inquiries about our services, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to intake processes.
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and documentation.
- Capability to conduct Zoom meetings with the camera enabled for virtual communication.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions and inform them about our services.
- Manage the chatbot on our website to assist visitors and collect relevant information.
- Update the staff referral sheet to track inbound traffic effectively.
- Reach out to current caregivers and patients to inform them about our referral program.
- Follow up with voicemails left for the intake representative.
- Update CRM system with the status of referrals in the registration/onboarding process.
Contact older referrals to assess continued interest in our services.
