Description:

OUR CLIENT IS FROM LOGISTICS INDUSTRY. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR AN ASSISTANT IT MANAGER TO ASSIST THEIR TEAM FOR THE NEXT PHASE OF THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST - EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibilities:

  • Define a programme management framework, including templates, tools, and systems, to ensure projects meet cost, time, and quality metrics, and enhance organizational capability to apply this framework effectively.
  • Develop a system to measure adherence to the programme management framework and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Oversee programme planning by reviewing integrated plans to meet time, cost, and quality goals, and set expectations for reviews, status reports, and risk identification.
  • Manage programme implementation by monitoring progress, guiding staff in corrective actions, building stakeholder relationships, and resolving client issues while aligning deliverables with client objectives.Lead department management, including budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and performance management, while mentoring staff and fostering a cohesive team direction and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any IT related field or Computing Field
  • 7-10 years of working experience
  • Experience in FICO & S4 hana is preferred
