We are currently looking for an Assistant Contracts Manager to provide timely, efficient and professional administration support to all members of the Building Standards Division using the ERP system and project databases.

As our Assistant Contracts Manager you will assist the Legal Contracts Manager with contract review to minimise risk and assist with completion of contract and NDA project documentation. Key deliverables will include:

  • Supporting, coordinating and facilitating the adherence to the ISO 17020 accreditation.
  • Producing project related reports using the ERP systems reporting tool and/or Microsoft Excel.
  • Assisting with reviewing and coordinating industry standard contract terms to minimise risk in line with company policy, liaising with the Technical and Project & Bid Support Teams as well as our clients and their solicitors.
  • Reviewing and logging bespoke contracts on the Legal Portal and monitoring their progress.
  • Reviewing and coordinating NDA’s to minimse risk in line with company policy.

Responsibilities:

WHAT DO YOU NEED BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

You’ll have experience in a similar role, preferably in a Building Standards environment where you’ve gained an understanding an knowledge of industry standard and bespoke contracts.
You’ll be skilled in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams and possess strong communication skills both written and verbal.
