KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous nights or hotel reception experience
• Self-motivated and have positive attitude
• Passionate about hospitality and excellent service
• Flexible with hours/ own Transport
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and organisational skills

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the Night Manager, Night Supervisor will provide security & a visible supervisor presence to guests and staff and to oversee the smooth running of the hotel throughout the night.

MAIN DUTIES:

• To act as the support for the Leisure Centre Manager and to run the gym in the Leisure Cenre Manager’s absence through day to day operations and staffing of a safe and effective Leisure Centre.
• To ensure the smooth running of the Leisure Centre operation.
• Ensure the best levels of customer care within the property.
• Support the leisure centre manager with employee training and development, employee engagement and any HR issues.
• To help implement and maintain the highest standard operating procedures for all service areas.
