• To assist with the co-ordination of the efficient running of the Lodge Accommodation department, ensuring guest care and comfort are delivered
• Assist with the management of budgets, forecasts and operating costs within the Lodge Accommodation department
• Assist with the management of the lodge team ensuring standards are in place
• Conduct daily inspections and co-ordinate work schedules in all lodge areas
• Ensure assignments carried out by employees are completed and that a thorough handover is completed each shift.
• Ensures effective communication and cooperation with Reservations, Front Office, IT, Maintenance teams and others as required in support of maximum efficiency of lodge letting and servicing
• To establish & maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all guest Lodges
• To establish routine plans so that all furniture, fittings, carpets and coverings are maintained to a high standard
