We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Maintenance Manager at Nutfield Priory Hotel and Spa, Surrey, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
Nutfield Priory, our award-winning country house hotel and spa, is regarded as one of the best hotels in Redhill, Surrey. With elegant décor, spacious rooms, a relaxing spa and many modern amenities throughout, our boutique country house hotel in Surrey is an oasis of tranquillity.

• As the Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will lead by example and help ensure that the Maintenance Team are motivated and inspired to consistently deliver exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities.
• Being responsible and taking ownership of the safety and security of the hotel and all of it’s guests will be a key part of this role, including maintaining accurate health and safety records.
• The role of Assistant Maintenance Manager will involve helping to train and coach a highly motivated team who can maintain the hotel to a consistent level. Monitoring and improving delivery of company brand standards and standard operating procedures.
• Being able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines will be a key part of the role.
