Position Overview: Seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll lead a team, maintain store standards, and assist customers in finding their perfect pieces.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in furniture.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Support Store Manager in daily operations, sales, and customer service.

- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
