(Assistant) Manager Accounting

As (Assistant) Manager Finance & Accounting (m/f/d) you will be joining the team of our Conceptum Logistics branch office in Helsinki, Finland.
The Conceptum Logistics Group is specialized in project logistics. We develop individual transport solutions for our customers and transport freight – no matter how large or heavy – to the most remote regions of the globe. Founded in 2002, we have a variety of clients on all continents and are represented at many locations worldwide with our own branch offices (USA, India, China, Spain, Germany, Colombia, Peru, Canada and Türkiye included). Many years of experience abroad, reliable planning, proactive response times, short decision-making, and a “hands-on” focus, ensure long-standing relationships with our customers.

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements at individual financial statement level
• Ongoing debtor/creditor management
• Processing of corresponding payment transactions
• Support of group-wide intercompany reconciliation routines
• Preparation of Reporting packages in line with group reporting standards (Actual and Business Plan Reporting)
• Successive optimization of processes and procedures
• Contact person for auditors, tax advisors and related departments with regard to relevant accounting/reporting issues
• Direct Reporting Line to the Management Board of Conceptum Logistics Finland
• Backed by a professional shared service structure at parent company level
