Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Schools to activate opening/closing of application period for applicants to apply online.
• Verify shortlisted applications for Master’s subsidized programs submitted by Schools.
• Set workflow and provide guidance for Schools to process admission of students for non-subsidized programs.
• Set timeline for Schools to submit proposal for fee revision for non-subsidized programs before submitting proposal to senior management for approval.
• Provide statistical reports for KPI data submission and Performance Review Forum periodically.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in the education industry.
• Has experience handling graduate admissions or operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High sense of initiative and responsibility.
• Critical thinker, fast learner, and a good team player.
