This role will work with the team in developing and training for the Agency Future, New & Existing Leaders Development Plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in any field.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training field, particularly in financial services industry.
• Experience in agency development will be an added advantage.
• Strong drive and influencing skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.

KNOWLEDGE

• Good knowledge of training functions and good understanding of the operative aspects of insurance business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English. Multi-lingual has added advantage.

• Work with the Faculty Head and team in curriculum design, module’s development project and support training roll out.Design training program based on business results to be achieved,
• by meticulous tracking when vital.Deliver in-house training modules & up
• through for certain programs.
• Master the required knowledge and skill as trainers and take ownership for self-development.
• Update and complete documentation of training materials.
