Description:

Position Summary
Seeking a dynamic experience online sales specialist with a background in IT business, particularly in Monitor and Memory to manage our online sales channels, including Amazon, Noon, and our e-store (Samsung.com). The Ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, analyzing PSI data, and developing effective promotion and marketing plans.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Main Objective to increase revenues/profits and achieve the monthly targets thru sales activities
  • Focus on sell-out by executing special promotions.
  • Meeting the partners regularly to understand market status and plan accordingly.
  • Managing and preparation of PI’s for weekly, monthly sales sell in to partners
  • Directly following with order management post confirmation of the PI (payment, releases, pick up etc.)
  • Manage Online Sales Channels: Oversee and optimize product listings, sales strategies, and customer engagement on Amazon, Noon, and Samsung.com
  • Sales Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, PSI data, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement
  • Promotion & Marketing Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive promotion and marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost sales across all online platforms.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the customer journey on Samsung.com, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and inventory status for senior Management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service to align online sales initiatives with overall business goals.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in B2C Product and IT field preferably in memory, SD card, etc.
  • Strong background in B2B Sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge in working on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables
  • Target-oriented
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.
