JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client is a recognized restaurant brand that has outlets in Southeast Asia. The role of an Assistant manager (digital marketing) is responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategy.
【 What you will be doing 】

  1. Social Media Strategy:
  • Key development and implementation of social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Oversee the strategy and refinement of campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the respective Brand’s Marketing Manager to define goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Optimize social media content for maximum visibility and engagement, including the use of relevant hashtags, keywords, and multimedia content.
  1. Content Creation and Management:
  • Develop a social media content calendar, and plan and coordinate content creation schedules.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Planning, execution, and optimization of social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic, increase conversions, and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online conversations to foster positive relationships with our audience.
  1. Influencer Partnerships:
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.
  • Collaborate with influencers on sponsored content, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and provide insights for improvement.
  1. Sales and Budget Management:
  • . Manage all digital initiatives to meet sales budgets, including allocation of funds across channels and campaigns.
  • . Monitor spending, track expenses, and optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve sales and marketing objectives.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and business goals.

REQUIREMENT

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing agency (social media and content creation)
  • Ability to do analytics of outreach and provide action plans

  • Experience in providing service to the F&B industry is preferable
