QUALIFICATIONS:
- B Tech Mechanical Engineering (Essential/Minimum or)
- B Tech Electrical Engineering (Essential/Minimum or)
- BEng Electrical Engineering (Essential/Minimum or)
- BEng Mechanical Engineering (Essential/Minimum)
- Gov Cert of Competence: Engineering (Essential/Minimum)
- Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)
EXPERIENCE:
8 years Relevant plant, production, operational and maintenance experience; with Project Management, Design and development experience (Essential/Minimum) Operational
REQUIREMENTS:
- Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
- Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
- MHS Act Regulation 2.13.3.1 (AME) (Essential/Minimum)
- Engineering Council of SA (PrEng) (Recommended/Desirable)

- To direct and co-ordinate operational aspects through project life cycles to ensure optimum performance according to Life of Mine, business requirements, organisational objectives and sound engineering practice.
