Responsibilities:
THE ASSISTANT MANAGER, FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Responsible for the financial management of multiple portfolios of work within the IPH portfolio
- Supervise the finance business partnering activities managed in Chennai. Provide direction on work required and maintain strong communication and collaboration with the team.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packs, providing insightful and action orientated commentary
- Provide financial support and KPI analysis for all business planning initiatives.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and budget reconciliations
- Identification of key Revenue and Margin drivers within the portfolio
- Support the preparation of ad-hoc management presentations

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:
- Solid academic record and strong quantitative skills (Qualified Financial Professional ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- 2+ years prior relevant experience in financial analysis or financial planning and analysis
- Analytically minded, seeks out problem solving opportunities
- Effective interpersonal skills (verbal and written) to communicate with peers, managers and Business Lead executives.
- Eagerness to learn and develop as an ICON employee and member of the Clinical Research Industry.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
