JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Assistant Manager, Finance Transformation, you will be a key player in implementing automation initiatives, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to optimize and automate financial processes for NTUC Health Co-Operative Ltd. Reporting to the Senior Finance Transformation Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic changes, process improvements, and system automations within the finance, procurement, and risk functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, transformation, and automation.
  • Proven track record of contributing to successful finance transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of financial systems, ERP implementations, and emerging technologies in finance.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement automation initiatives, including RPA, to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance function.
  • Work closely with IT and stakeholders to implement and optimize financial systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including finance team members, IT professionals, and external consultants.
  • Provide guidance and support to finance staff during the transition period of process changes and system implementations.
  • Maintain updated documentation of all process and system flowcharts.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform continuous improvement efforts.
