ASSISTANT MANAGER, FLIGHT OPERATIONS

JOBS DESCRIPTION

1. Proactively ensure all operation and safety requirements of scheduled flights are met.
   2.Exercise judgement when variations are required from policy or procedures to ensure safe flight operations based on expertise and experience.
   3.Prompt and smooth communication with the Tokyo Headquarter for daily operation including in case of irregularities.
   4.Direct communication with the flight crew and conduct briefing.
   5.Maintaining and monitoring the crew flight time limitations and the company operation manuals.
   6.To support overall organizational operation of safety and service quality management.
   7.Assist management for audits, projects and ad hoc tasks.
   8.Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
   9.Continuous development and maintenance of the Company Operations Manual.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.At least 10 years of working experience in aviation industry with profound knowledge and understanding of the industry.
2.Japanese communication skill of JPLT N1 or equivalent is required for this post, in order to facilitate accurate and prompt communication and provide direction to the relevant departments at the Tokyo headquarters.
3.Strong presentational and communicational skills in English to give clear instructions to flight crew.
4.Extensive knowledge of international and Japanese regulations of aviation industry.
5.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software.
