Description:
HI Partners is currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join a reputable Management Company in Luxembourg. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in providing support in the administration, management, and reporting of investment funds.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Law or an equivalent professional qualification
- Prior experience in roles such as legal officer, paralegal, or company secretary
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Luxembourg Company Law and the regulatory requirements for companies, including RCS filing and Apostille formalities
- Proficient in reviewing and creating detailed board minutes
- Familiarity with investor relations and communication systems/tools
- Strong knowledge of investment funds and relevant regulations
- Proficiency in fund accounting systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Paying strong attention to detail and working with complex financial data
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for Fund services of the PSF’s existing clients, new business, and prospects;
- Coordinate the organization of board meetings and other statutory meetings for the PSF and its clients;
- Supervise and review the preparation of meeting minutes and other legal documents as necessary, such as board unanimous circular resolutions and sole shareholders resolutions, for the approval and signatures of the relevant directors/managers;
- Assist PSF clients with the incorporation of various legal entities, including companies and partnerships;
- Maintain and regularly monitor the PSF’s compliance framework in line with regulatory requirements and Crestbridge Group standards;
- Contribute to the maintenance, updates, and enhancement of relevant procedures and processes;
- Collaborate and coordinate with relevant counterparts, such as banks, notaries, Luxembourg administrations and legal counsels, internal and external auditors, and accountants;
- Ensure that all statutory filings, records, and files of the PSF and its clients’ companies are current and accurate;
- Provide assistance in training junior staff and/or trainees, when needed;
- Implement the escalation procedure to management and/or the compliance officer as necessary.
