The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager will be part of the Education Technology & Analytics to harness technology-enabled solutions and provide insightful business analysis for clinical education.

- As assigned by Reporting Officer (RO) and senior management of Group Clinical Education

- Ability to take responsibility in performing the tasks assigned to him/her as a team leader. Updates RO on progress on a regular basis
Responsibilities:
- Manage the NHG Learning Management System (LMS) and various educational tools
- Formulate standard operating procedures and explore innovative solutions to improve processes with the goal of achieving high standards of service delivery
- Work with various stakeholders to prepare annual budget for LMS software licensing

- Ability to provide support for NHG LMS, IT systems and educational tools used by the department
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders for improved involvement, innovation and results
