SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Preferrable bachelor’s degree in finance/business administration or related field.
- Preferrable 1-3 years of experience in financial service environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with administrative duties such as data management, scheduling, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting client experience by assisting advisors in managing client inquiries and providing timely response.
- Prepare detailed investment reports and performance summaries to be used by advisors during client meetings.
- Minimize error rates and increase in process efficiency.
- All requests are completed within the agreed timelines.
- Work closely with other departments toe ensure seamless client service.
- Maintain sufficient and effective processes and controls identifying and mitigating risks.
