[What the role is]
Assistant Manager/Manager, Land Planning & Coordination
[What you will be working on]
You will play a key role in advising agencies on land matters for their projects and development proposals. This involves the evaluation and approval of a variety of development proposals within the planning areas assigned to you. You will be expected to identify and present key issues, communicate well with and manage internal and external stakeholders, and find innovative solutions. In addition, you will formulate and review related land administration policies.

[What we are looking for]

  • Tertiary qualification preferably in Real Estate, Geography, Civil Engineering, or relevant discipline
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
  • Keen to learn, self-motivated, well-organised, performance-driven, tech-savvy and able to work independently.
  • Experience in IT system implementation will be favourable.
