Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle the full spectrum of marketing including, and not limited to, media and public relations, events, retail store activities, digital (SEO/SEM), and social media marketing.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, internal and external designer on the day-to-day operations. Spearhead the team and achieve the targets that are set out for them.
  • Strategize and plan overall digital content for social media, offline/online retail, wholesale and e-commerce promotions, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Adapt and redefine retail, wholesale and e-commerce marketing strategies to keep up with changing retail, wholesale and e-commerce landscape.
  • Build brand awareness and loyalty through effective marketing programmes and activities.
  • Handle retail and wholesale s’ visual merchandising display design and collaterals based on event and promotion calendar.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital and non-digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Analyze given reports with data/insights from relevant analytical tools and platforms; and constantly improve on the scorecard.
  • Understand the customers’ needs, evaluate them and invent marketing strategies across the retail stores, wholesale and e-commerce platforms to bring the business to the next level.
  • Liaise with principal on seasonal press kits, annual A&P budget and the overall marketing plans for the year.
  • Plan and execute seasonal product launches through campaigns.
  • Schedule and organize trade shows and events on seasonal basis.
  • Responsible for digital media planning and buying.
  • Liaise with malls, external partners and vendors to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in digital/social media marketing.
  • Proven media contacts with press and successful collaborations with influencers.
  • A detailed, organized, and creative individual who has the ability to think of new ideas and articulate concepts.
  • Ability to be a team player and work closely with other functions.
  • Good writing/presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze the current trends and demands of the marketplace.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
