Description:
[What the role is]
You will join a team that focuses on the development of policies and streamlining of processes for incentives such as grants, partnerships and commissions, with the aim of maximising the impact and effectiveness of NAC’s funding to the arts ecosystem.
[What you will be working on]
- Design, develop and implement funding policies (which includes reviewing existing grant schemes and developing new funding schemes where required).
- Provide secretariat support in the streamlining of grant policies and processes.
- Track and manage funding databases, and relevant data analysis work.
- Coordination of grant assessment processes across departments.
- Grant administration, including providing relevant and timely advice and support to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as evaluating applications for grants, and ensure adherence to good governance and funding conditions.
