Responsibilities:
- Review employee attraction policies and processes (such as recruitment, inclusive hiring, onboarding) to attract talents for NLB and ensure a positive employee experience
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies in line with NLB’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to position NLB as an Employer of Choice.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure that the hiring and in-service processes are efficient and effective.
- Manage the contract management, deployment and offboarding processes to ensure smooth delivery of in-service HR processe
