Reporting to Senior Manager (Marketing Operations), this role supports the Digital Experience division in the marketing of Archives & Libraries Group (ALG)’s initiatives and products. This role is expected to also help in collecting, collating and perform basic analysis of marketing and product data and feedback.

[What you will be working on]

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote ALG’s initiatives (i.e. programmes and services), as well as digital products (e.g. NLB Mobile app, Seat Booking System, AR/VR Bookshelf, etc) effectively
  • Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content for the various initiatives and products
  • Support in the management and application of tagging to all product and marketing assets on digital touchpoints to aid in resource, collection, and programmes discovery across all NLB’s owned channels, touchpoints, where applicable
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities for the various initiatives and products
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure product features and messaging align with market demands
  • Assist in organising and executing marketing campaigns, events, product launches and distribution of collateral
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the marketing team

[What we are looking for]

  • At least one year of relevant working experience, preferably in a product-focused organisation
  • Fresh graduates with the relevant knowledge are welcomed to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage stakeholders from all walks of life
  • Comfortable with data and possess basic data analytic skills (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Design skills and experience with design tools is added advantage

Work location will be at the Marine Parade Public Library. As the library is currently closed for renovation, the current work location is at the National Library Building.
Successful applicant will be appointed on a project contract until 31 Dec 2025.
