Summary

  • Achieving Revenue Growth and Client Expansion.
  • We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maximizing opportunities with existing accounts within their assigned territory.
  • The successful candidate will be adept at aggressively promoting new products and offers to our existing client base while maintaining a proven track record of consistently achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • The ideal candidate possesses a strong sales hunter DNA with a deep understanding of the Production Music, Audio Production Business, and/or Broadcaster Production job functions.

Job Functions:

  • Develop and capitalize on new revenue opportunities, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and nurture existing accounts to consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets within the assigned territory (70%)
  • Provide top-tier client management, exceptional service, and effective communication to clients across the designated region (10%)
  • Formulate a strategic sales approach in alignment with regional objectives, closely monitor progress, and deliver regular reports on results (5%)
  • Prepare customized proposals for clients in response to their specific requirements, including proactive and targeted music pitching (5%)
  • Manage quotations, draft agreements, process invoices, and fulfil other administrative functions as needed (5%)
  • Conduct competitive analysis, research, and create sales and marketing collateral to enhance sales presentations (5%)

Job Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Exceptional professionalism, relationship-building skills, and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and proficient with computers, including the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Strong computer proficiency, able to learn new systems and technology.
  • A minimum of 5 years of client-facing sales experience, with a background in the music, media, or TV/Radio industry considered a valuable asset.
  • Proven ability to initiate cold calls and craft highly relevant emails that engage senior executives and decision-makers. Passion for music and familiarity with digital distribution and technology.
  • Previous experience with CRM, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism with excellent relationship building customer relationship
  • English communication skills and one additional SEA language will be advantageous.
