REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a good University degree in a relevant discipline such as International Relations, Public Relations, Business, Communications, Linguistics or Finance etc.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment engaging with diverse stakeholders and have excellent communication skills and an awareness of cultural sensitivity.
  • A passionate team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with people at different levels will be essential, underpinned by cultural awareness and a global perspective.
  • Well-developed verbal and writing skills and proven competency in all MS Office products.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and adaptable and willing to contribute to an open and collaborative team.
  • Proven organisational and time management skills, and ability to achieve deadlines and high attention to detail.

Supporting the Vice President (International Engagement) across a diverse and varied portfolio of the international activities with communication and planning skills in;

  • Supporting engagements, special projects and meetings locally and internationally.
  • Managing logistics and administration of team internal activities.
  • Creating reports and presentation materials.
  • Sustaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the Vice President and ensure the delivery of strategic outcomes for OIE

Responsibilities:
