Description:
- Collaborate with the Regional Retail Operations Manager and Area Manager to develop the Strategic Business and Financial Plan for Singapore, focusing on enhancing retail productivity, profitability, KPI growth, CRM, and consumer service excellence across all Singapore Retail stores.
- Creating and organizing weekly and monthly performance reports promptly and ensuring timely follow-up on any outstanding issues.
- Supervise team communication with stores and regional partners regarding inventory requirements, stock allocations, delivery pre-alerts, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- GCE O level and above
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Retail Operations management.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Retail POS
