INTRODUCTION

We are now looking for an Assistant Manager Project Logistics join the Services Project Logistics Central & East team in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
You will join a team of Services Project Logistics experts dedicated to managing and planning projects according to project specific contractual requirements.
Our team culture is all about being organized and getting it done together. The members in our team are in various locations globally and coordinate with Purchasing, Project Management and other internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE (WHO YOU ARE)

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
Minimum 7+ years’ experience in similar role/ domain /area.
Previous experience in Heavy Equipment Manufacturing is an asset.
Computer skills to include experience with Microsoft office environment.

Planning, managing, and monitoring of logistics in services projects according to project specific contractual requirements and corporate processes and guidelines.
Contributing to the selection and nomination of the project LSP in alignment with Logistics Sales Support Manager
Proactively manages and monitors shipping and transportation schedules, including deviations according to project delivery schedule.
Managing and preparing required logistics and customs clearance documentation
Supporting Letter of Credit invoicing and documentation, whenever applicable
Supporting Customer in customs issues
Monitoring and reporting deviations to logistics budget and project delivery schedule.
Any other task assigned
