YMCA Queensland is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager – Property to join our administration office in Fortitude Valley on a permanent, full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work closely with our Executive Lead - Property to support various property-related functions including stakeholder management, lease management, construction and development projects and other administrative tasks.

  • Assist the Executive Lead - Property in managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Support lease management activities such as lease negotiations, renewals and compliance monitoring.
  • Help coordinate construction and development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the property department, including documentation management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate efficient property operations and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making related to property investments, acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Assist the YMCA Maintenance Crew with logging requests and scheduling jobs.
