Description:

We are seeking to hire an Assistant Manager, Retail Operations - reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Excellence and Customer Experience, the role will be developing and leading the rollout of retail operations & processes across the region, acting as the custodian of all store related processes within the organisation whenever there are new initiatives or projects in the retail stores and driving process efficiency and elevate customer experience by setting regional direction on best practices and customer journey within the store.
Contract duration: 12 months

ELEVATE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Work with cross functional team to ramp up Beauty Services in-stores.
  • Work with BI or other cross functional team to create regular reports and dashboards to track and communicate key performance metrics to the Retail Team and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate meaningful performance update to Retail Team and other stakeholders to drive results.

UPSKILL RETAIL ORGANISATION AND BE A MENTOR

  • Support Senior Manager by providing guidance to Country Retail Ops team on best-in-class in store operations execution, customer experience and store performance.
  • Create impactful PowerPoint presentation that effectively conveys our desired message.
  • Perform analyses to support the presentation.
  • Work and liaise with markets and cross functional departments to solicit insights and information.
  • Support Regional Ops Team in selected project executions.

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Passion for retail and a love for beauty will be a plus!
  • Experience in running retail operations
  • Quick-thinking and adaptive in a fast-paced environment to prioritize tasks while managing multiple deliverables
  • Good people management, communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse members and cross-functional teams
  • Resilience & problem solving mentality
