We are looking for Assistant Manager, SST Compliance and the successful candidate will report to the Assistant General Manager, Enterprise Business Continuity (EBC) & Self Service Terminal (SST).
Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Reporting & Compliance

• Play a role of Business Analyst to provide potential system/operational enhancement based on the data analyzed.
• Prepare and submit BNM/ Paynet and other regulator periodical reporting. Implement the Banks Compliance frameworks, review and update policies and procedures to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal standards and guidelines.
• Responsible for completion of Risk and Control Self-assessment for SST
• Working closely with GOT Ops Risk and GOT Compliance to ensure all relevant new legislation and regulation applicable to SST is implemented in a timely manner.

MIS & Project

• Produce periodical data/ reports relating to SST base and uptimes.
• Produce ad-hoc data/ reports/ analysis to support Management’s business and strategic decisions.
• Prepare and finalize branch operations related reports for Senior Management.
• Liaison between business stakeholders on business requirements and deliverables

Experience & Qualifications

• Malaysian Citizen
• Degree in any relates course
• 8-12 years of MIS analytics experience
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Involved in system enhancement initiative or any other projects assigned
