QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min. 2 years experience for Senior Executive role, with experience in T&C, distribution compliance or financial advisory
• Min. 5 years experience for Assistant Manager role, with experience in T&C or distribution compliance
• Strong knowledge in MAS regulations and guidelines - e.g. FAA, LIA etc.
• Adaptable and friendly personality with a good learning attitude

• Maintenance of smooth sales advisory processes by adhering to MAS regulatory requirements and company policies
• Preparation of audit findings for reporting purposes
• Conducting of supervisory audit work to enhance competency standards between supervisors and agents
• Participation in the risk monitoring matrix project
