REQUIREMENTS:

• Operations Expertise with Sales Drive: Experience in operations and a strong background in driving sales.
• KPI Champion: Proven track record of delivering on KPI’s – structure, organizational skills, and time management are key.
• Positive Management Leader: Management experience with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
• Attitude Ambassador: Exemplifies a consistently positive and enthusiastic attitude, fostering a supportive and uplifting atmosphere within the team and towards clients.
• People Person: Demonstrates a genuine interest and empathy towards others, cultivating strong interpersonal connections and rapport with both colleagues and clients.
• Team Player Pro: Actively collaborates and communicates effectively within the team, demonstrating reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to assist others to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Sales Dynamo: Driven by a passion for sales excellence, consistently exceeding targets through proactive engagement, strategic planning, and a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences.
• Language Fluency: Fluent in English.
• Beauty Qualifications Advantageous: ITEC, CIBTAC, or equivalent beauty qualifications such as NVQ 3 advantage but not required.
