REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare
  • Previous experience in healthcare is advantageous, with a preference for those in the cardiovascular field.
  • In-dept knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, Human Biomedical Research Act (HBRA), Human Tissue Framework and other regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational, problem-solving, planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for dedicated and experienced individuals to oversee and manage the planning, implementation, and execution of research projects within CADENCE. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and leadership skills, ensuring smooth coordination and completion of projects and related deliverables within stipulated timelines and budget. stakeholders, researchers, clinicians and external partners to drive the successful delivery of research initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget allocation.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of research projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project budgets and financial expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate other activities of CADENCE, such as organising meetings, workshops, events, symposium, retreat etc.
