We are seeking an assistant manager that is looking for a long-term role and is keen to learn and stay within the hospitality industry and grow with London Village Inns. We encourage our managers to express their personalities and thoughts and participate fully in the progression of the pub.
London Village Inns currently run 7 pubs, 2 boutique hotels, and a restaurant all of which are very different in their style and offers. We do not consider ourselves a chain, but a collection of small businesses.
Our main aim is to run pubs that are welcoming, cosy and friendly environments for both the team and customers alike and that we can all be proud of.
So if you are a conscientious person with hospitality in your veins who can work with a smile on your face, then we’d love to work with you.
We are looking for someone with a real passion for food and drink and a genuine love of hospitality.

You should have:

  • At least 12 months of restaurant experience as at least a supervisor
  • A full working visa
  • A bubbly, friendly personality
  • Fluent in English
  • and ideally, live locally.
