As part of our expansion, we are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager who is innovative, dynamic, and passionate about education to enhance our brand’s digital presence and engage effectively with our community.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with a focus on social media management and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to inform marketing strategies and content creation.
  • Experience in managing online communities and engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and translate them into high-impact marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Account Management:

  • Spearhead the strategy, content creation, and day-to-day management of our digital platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, WeChat Official Accounts, XiaoHongShu, etc., with the aim of increasing brand visibility, engagement, and subscriptions.
  • Analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies accordingly, ensuring maximum reach and impact.

Community Engagement:

  • Lead the development and management of our online communities, particularly within WeChat groups and WhatsApp groups, to foster a supportive and engaging environment for parents and students.
  • Organize and coordinate online events, Q&A sessions, and other engagement initiatives to build strong relationships with our community members.

Content Creation & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay ahead of educational trends and updates (e.g., PSLE, DSA, SMO) to create timely and relevant content that appeals to our target audience, thereby reinforcing our position as a thought leader in the educational space.
  • Collaborate with educators and content creators to produce a variety of content types, including articles, videos, and infographics, that cater to the needs and interests of our audience.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote our programs, special events, and achievements.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to ensure goals are met.

Brand Development:

  • Work closely with the teaching team to develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities for brand exposure and growth.
