ASSISTANT MERCHANDISER

As Assistant Merchandiser, you will:

• Manage and drive the Men’s Shoes category business. Assortment creation for all countries.
• Develop the business in South Asia: including showroom, market analysis and commercial actions.
• Coordinate and manage special orders and events / collaborations for the Men’s Shoes business.
• Propose, prepare and deliver reliable sales analysis with a vision to forecast future sales & opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

• University Graduate with 2 years of relevant work experience in retail environment (Shoes background preferred)
• Strong analytical ability both quantitative and qualitative
• Ability to draw meaningful insights from analysis, to clearly share findings and initiate actions
• Strong computer skills - High proficiency in MS office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Pleasant, self-initiative, a team player & willing to learn
• Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures
• Organized; meeting deadlines; action oriented
